How ‘Bout We Try it Out?

Our goal is to design a solution that is most unique to your business! Why is it important that it is unique to you? Because it makes you stand out from all of your competitors. On the front end, people will see your virtual AI assistant and recognize it as a part of your brand. Just like help desks, office assistants, cashiers, and any forward facing customer service, our virtual assistants are defined by what you and your business values. On the back end, we want to learn about your processes, standards of operation, and procedures. We design our virtual AI assistants so that they can be seamlessly integrated into your operations. Every marketing or human resource department is unique to the business it’s working for, and we want to make sure that it is a proper reflection of your business or company.

We want to meet YOU!

What it LOOKS like

What does creating a solution that maximizes your time, costs, and energy look like? It looks like us wanting to sit down with you and have a conversation about you and your business… that’s it. Our first step of getting to know your business is having a conversation with you about what the business is, its goals, daily functions, and scalability. With this information, we are able to adopt a shared understanding of your vision, providing the foundation to thoughtfully design an AI virtual assistant that best serves your company’s objectives. We want to get to know you and your business so that our solution is best fit for you.

Getting to KNOW you

Before our demo meeting, you will receive a short questionnaire regarding your business, allowing us to tailor our preparation and focus on virtual agent functionalities that best align with your needs. We highly encourage the use of this questionnaire, as it allows us to set guidelines over what our clients envision and combine them with technological creativity and logic based responses. We may have short follow-up in-person or virtual meetings in order to better understand our requirements. Once we’ve gathered our information, created a process, and have implemented it into a draft product, we move on to the most exciting and important part… the demo!!

We can SHOW you better than we can tell you

The last part of our development process is conducting one, or multiple, demos. This is a time that allows us to go through our concept and show to you what we came up with. During the demo, we want our clients to give honest opinions about what works and what doesn’t work. While the demo allows us to fine-tune functions, its real value lies in showcasing how your business can unlock higher effectiveness and deliver stronger, more engaging interactions.
